EXPLORATION OF MOVEMENTS
Liquid Motion® + Liquid Motion® Heels + Twerk Fitness + Yoga Trapeze® + Zumba®
The Liquid Motion® and Liquid Motion Heels classes are open level classes that utilize elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement and dance theory to provide a total mind and body movement experience. For each 60-minute class, students learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion to build a foundation for floor work and wall work. The classes are made up of body conditioning, lateral movement drills, intricate floor sequences, exploration of sensual movement and an understanding of total body awareness. This combination is Liquid Motion.
Twerk fitness is a total cardio workout that tones all muscles, especially the quads and glutes. Classes 60-minutes and are open level where people 18+ can learn a basic twerk routine and twerk moves.
The Yoga Trapeze® is a suspension yoga system great for back pain, core strength, functional body strength, and balance.
Zumba® is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class. What better way to get fit than by dancing through your fitness journey.

Dance has always been a love of mine, and it brings me joy to be able to share this passion with other people. Liquid Motion® allows for creative self-expression while having a good time. Twerking is great cardio exercise also while having a great time learning numerous twerks and styles of twerk. The yoga trapeze allows for one to build strength and flexibility while lengthening the spine, and Zumba is a great way to continue to indulge in dance while receiving great cardio-respiratory benefits. From day one, I teach students important foundational techniques to help them boost their skills and self-esteem. Each person has a unique learning style and comfort level, and it’s my duty to find out what that is and adapt my lessons accordingly. I am a fierce, forty-something and fabulous femme trying to live my best life in the ATL. I don't consider myself a dancer in any way, shape or form — I've always been the wallflower at parties and events. However, I have always wanted learn.
